Cleo is our VERY stubborn Bullie who loves to run the show. She had us trained very early on and we now do all her bidding. One of her more stubborn traits is to not come inside when I'm standing at the door calling her. It can be pouring down rain (and we live in the Pacific Northwest so it rains a lot) and if she is being told to come in, she would rather sit in the rain until we prop the screen door open and walk away from it. It has to be on her terms when she comes inside and not when she is told to do it. But we love her even more for it!
