California Natural is an American produced dog food with the tag line is "Pure & Simple". The company chose this tag line because they pride themselves on producing simple, uncomplicated foods for dogs.

Using only fresh ingredients, the foods are carefully prepared, cooked and then either formed into dried biscuits or canned without using any artificial preservatives or chemicals.

This ensures that your pet will enjoy a tasty variety of foods that won't aggravate any food sensitivities or allergies.

To satisfy your pet's appetite and help with digestion the makers add whole brown rice and sunflower oil. This helps to give your dog lots of energy without making them overweight.

Should I Feed This To My Dog?

Reviews from customers on Amazon.com noted that for fussy dogs and those that suffer from upset stomachs California Natural does seem to help. The limited ingredient list is also helpful if you're trying to work out whether your dog does have a food allergy.

The product is available in dried and canned forms, so you and your dog have choices, which gives a nice variety. The dry version is cheaper than the tinned.
